It appears there has been an incident at today’s event. Like the little detective he is, Conan has made a little case file. There doesn’t seem to be… any police here that are doing it anyway. Perhaps it will help solve the case?

Appearance: White hair, red eyes. Very pale skin. Seems to have a weird burn mark on his cheek (but might not be related to the case). 
Time of death: During the beginning of the festival. Around day 2 (three days ago).
Cause of death: Most likely cardiac arrest.
Location body: On a stage in the middle of the city. The stage has been set up on day 4 for the festival.

STATE BODY

• Has been hanged
• There are rope marks on his neck
• His body is unusually cold
• He is clutching his chest with his right hand
• The body is completely stiff. Looks like rigor mortis has completely set in
• The victim has died while he lay on his side

EXTRA

• There seems to be a strange puddle on the stage, underneath the victim’s body. Might be water.

ITEMS FOUND

An ID card the victim had on him.

A Notebook. The victim was carrying it with him. A few pages have been ripped out.

A bottle of heart pills. This was found in Sion’s home on the table in the livingroom.
