Seeing that Conan has already noticed him, Kaito reluctantly waves to him. “Hey, I’m Kuroba Kaito. Pleased to meet you.”

“Good afternoon… onii-chan” he hesitantly replied, not sure how else to respond. He had never seen this person before, so did that mean he was new here? This was certainly a sudden meeting, but at least he was friendly. The other looked fairly clumsy though.
Despite all that, Conan seemed to have a strange feeling in his gut, one he just couldn’t shake off. It was like he knew this person, but where had he met this person before? His voice sounded very familiar too…
